Stood and watched a u10 game last year with two senior coaches.
Comments were that you would never see this standard in club soccer.

Re: Junior high fees and eftpos machines
Development of coaches are the big point lefty, development of the kids will come with the development of the coaches. Its the biggest issue in my opinion with the FFA/FFSA at the moment, slash the cost of coach education and get as many junior coaches on the right path asap, dont worry about accre...

United68 - I really hope you're wrong as Strikers have been a good club over the years.....but can see that the Olympic project with West Lakes Shores Primary School has taken some of the talent pool away from Strikers and note that the FFSA are offering to assist with a Strikers School Holiday soc...

Several clubs are only using 17 as a team to allow players who did not make the elite groups of 16 an 18 a game.SID wrote:So now it's all about winning?
I'd rather have players promoted to seniors...
Thank if you look at most clubs 90% plus of 18 would be able to play 17 and even 16.

I know some clubs have qualified goal keeper coaching for juniors but many don't.
The money invested in young keepers usally pays off
Should be a must in the rules that clubs provide this service especially in Prem League.
