Re: Euro league
PSG are ignoring FFP, Manchester City are not. How do you arbitrarily decide which clubs go in? Is it a number of teams similar to the Champions League at the moment based on their UEFA Coefficient? For each team to have home and away legs you'd need as many games as a league season (consider there ...

Re: When did Bolton change...
Face it, you were hugely lucky with the fixture list Yes, of course we were. We'll be lucky to get 3 points from our next 6 games. It was important to get off to a great early start given our atrocious run coming up. Newcastle were / are horribly out of form and you'll be in the bottom half and sin...

Because shots, possession, and goals relate to which half the ball is in
We gave 110%, and at the end of the day we were unlucky, but these things even themselves out over the course of the season. Cliche is the only form of speak, yes?

Your question is will the FA have any balls.

Re: When did Bolton change...
The performance wasn't too bad, and we created a few good chances. Had we equalised before half time with Nolan's ball across to Jarvis being slightly better the result may well have been different. I suppose you would rather us go gun ho and get screwed on the counter attack by two of the quickest ...

Do they fine Manchester United for chanting about Hillsborough?
Do they fine Liverpool for chanting about Munich?
Every club has a group of grenache fans, and we should do as much as possible to ban these knuckleheads from games. Fining the club won't do anything.

Re: Chelsea's official response RE: Mikel situation
So what, the FA were just going to mysteriously stop Clattenberg from refereeing for a month without any explanation? Chelsea had one of their players accuse a referee of racist language and lodged a complaint with the FA. It would have been leaked, or the FA step down Clattenberg, and it would have...

If true, they should be identified, named and shamed, and banned from going to football games ever again (although I suspect if it is true, some of them may have already been banned)God is an Englishman wrote:Actually hearing that the scum are out there as well and teamed up with lazio

Re: Chelsea's official response RE: Mikel situation
Chelsea haven't done much wrong here. One of their players thought he heard the referee call Mikel a monkey (apparently he said, "I couldn't give a monkeys chuff") Had Chelsea not reported it to the FA, then everyone would have accused them of going soft on racism which would have been amp...

RdM has been fantastic :? Consider how well he's been doing considering he's got a donkey of a striker, and incorporating two youngsters into his lineup as well as having the Terry saga to deal with. They are averaging 2 points per game in the league and are 4 points off the top. They have had toug...

Re: If 7/4 rule came in?
English football would be the greatest winner in all of this. Why a 7/4 rule, I want a 9/2 rule! How so? Less foreigners would mean that clubs would have to develop more English youth. It could go back to the lower division clubs surviving by producing talent and the big clubs buying them creating ...

Football contracts are signed for the players wage in net terms, unlike contracts that you or I are tied to which are in gross terms. Any change to the tax rate would effect the business, and not the player (Which is why there is some drama in France and Spain at the moment)

Referee's should judge each challenge on its merits.
It's up to the FA if they want to fine clubs for not controlling their players.
