i agree with you paul too many players are not being given a proper go as many coaches would play theses players for 5 - 10 minutes at most so the min amount of time on the field must be implemented

if you had say some extra cash would it be wise to get the best coaches to teach 8/9/10 or is best spent at the older age groups 14/15/16 i have always thought teaching them young make them easier to understand different aspect of the game at the older ages

one win does not make a season 2 years ago we got thumped by Liverpool and still won the EPL still a long way to go as said on FOX united have played all their hard games until end of Jan Manchester City still have games vs Chelsea, Liverpool and some other top 6 team

We import our players :wink:
at least we do not try to steal them from other clubs and not promote juniors we may imported some players but at least 2/3rds of 1st squad have been a junior at strikers

junior fees are high but they are reasonable compared to the alternative my son who is only 17 pays $19 per fortnight for the gym and gets ZERO except the use of the equipment so in comparison fees are reasonable.

let me add another point or two out of curiosity Do you push 1 level only or is it ok to 2 - 3 levels? if the coaching in the higher levels is not considered as good as the coach in his age level are you developing player still by pushing up or is he better off been coached by someone who knows what...
