Re: New Socceroos coach?
At the end of the day, FFA won't put up good $$ to attract anyone of significance or with decent international experience to come on board.

Re: GHAN UNITED
I wonder how the Federation clubs feel about their players playing amateur league on the side? Would it be worthwhile for amateur clubs to send their evidence to the Federation club?

Re: GHAN UNITED
What's the point in taking evidence to the SAASL? Will they actually take some sort of action against the clubs playing Fed players? Will it ever stop?

Re: Sunday div 4
Well, I don’t normally login the forums until I saw some people are just making the story up against my club – Adelaide Great Wall. A few things I would like to clarify here: • Adelaide Great Wall did not fight with the police, we cooperated with the police; • When our player No.20 fell on the groun...

Re: Sunday div 4
Surely the filming is for coaching purposes or the clubs own presentation night for bloopers or something like that. I'm sure that no offence or untoward filming would of been undertaken. I t is an adult league and if there are players aged 16/17 playing then that's the way it is. Sounds like this ...

Re: McGree in the Socceroos Squad
Too bad he didn't get a run in the game, he might have added some youthful energy to the midfield that the game needed. Hopefully we'll see some changes for the UAE game. With 3-4-3 we certainly struggled for width and surely Troisi is better than Irvine. Absolutely. Even Juric is off form at the m...

Re: Salisbury inter more worried about their women's teams
Maybe Inter are confident with their Men's teams that they want to concentrate on building the Womens teams and attracting some of the best local girls and women to play at the club. I'm sure that they are still working hard for the men, they are a club with big ambitions.

You're the one who brought the middle east into it for no apparent reason (again). Maybe because the middle eastern, along with African clubs are the ones who seem to be causing most of the issues at the present time. Previously it was the Albanians who now don't have a club in the SAASL anymore, s...

What about the club referees that cheat their way to a result & blatantly favour their own team. How can the league monitor & fix that?

I believe that 'Headman Dadzie' from Strikers & 'Dadzie Headman' from Sierra Stars are both due at HQ sometime today to prove they are two people that look identical because the photo on SAASL file is the exact same photo for Strikers. Not to mention all the other players that are two people wi...

SAASL need to be more harsh with penalties to those clubs and players that cause problems with referees, and they need to be consistent with those penalties. I did referee a few games in 2011 but found the abuse that I received, mainly through certain ethnic clubs, was disgusting and the threats wer...

I can see all my northern brothers again
Has happened in other states, remember that SBS show Nerds FC? didn't they have a few games against a Sydney prison team?
I'd be worried about having to be strip searched on entry :?

What clubs are still looking for players? I'm looking at getting back into it this season, fitness is pretty shot right now so would prefer to play for a C team or ressies in a lowed division while working on my fitness. Personally I don't think that much of him. Might play well for Palace but can't remember him having a good game for the Socceroos in recent time. Would have preferred to see Cahill or Wilkshire get the captaincy.

Clubs looking for players
So with pre season under way, clubs should have a good idea about their player numbers by now. I have had a few blokes at work asking about clubs, so thought I'd throw the line out there. I have told the work mates to come on here to look, so if you need players put your club details down here. I kn...
