Re: WNPL / WSL Cup
The stronger Reserves teams will fancy their chances against the State League teams, The standard isn't much different. With regard to reserves teams for Women's State League, they do not have reserves at this stage and backfill the top team from Community Teams. This is the right move for now, as a...

Re: Matildas v Chile
We're nowhere near the standard played on the the east coast. But it's not to do with our pathways. It's simply the numbers. There are 20 Million people living on the east coast. Adelaide still has a population of less than a million. We haven't grown in population for 20 years. That's why we should...

Re: Parra Hills granted Npl licence for 2017
This will make for some interesting times having happened after the squads have been selected. A fair few Knights girls have moved to Salisbury, so I expect Knights will be weaker than last year. In combination with the turmoil at City meaning that some of their former players are on the move to Wes...

Friday Night
Metro 5 v Cumberland 0
Metro much better than in the Charity Cup. 5 or 6 different players used.
However Cumberland nothing like Adelaide City.

Re: Charity Cup
I wasn't at the game but I hear that Metro only had 1 or 2 players from those who played in either the final League game or the Cup Final, so was basically a Reserves team against Citys strongest team. Bit hard to judge on that isn't it? But I agree that it shouldn't have been played so early. Has ...
