AC v Comets match abandoned 20 mins.
Poor lad for Comets broke his leg. A horrible experience to witness for all players involved. My lad is pretty shook up about it. Glad I wasn't there.

I heard a rumour AC bundled out of cup by the Cove.[/quote]
Yes Cove won 3-2. A dramatic winner in the final minutes after being 2-0 down. A proper cup tie in horrible conditions. Well done to Cove!

only really happens at the big clubs who can afford to buy the best young players from around the world, get them early and it saves them having to buy high priced players at a later date. I personally think there is nothing wrong in kids being exposed to results / competitive games. kids have plen...

Re: Jnr Ladders U/12-U/17
Lots of leagues in the UK are doing tables for U8 upwards. Thought that there is an issue in the UK with the poor development of junior players, the lack of choice for the National team and the amount of talent being brought in from overseas to fill the gaps. Wonder why? No issue with development i...

Re: Jnr Ladders U/12-U/17
The whole development arguement is really being taken out of proportion these days. First thing for any coach should be the development of each individual in the squad...which should be obvious. But at under 12 level and onwards you must play for points, like stirring the porridge said learning to ...

Just hope the owners dont push the panic button and get rid of Mancini, once he gets the squad he wants, he will be very good for the club. Knows how to get results and has a proven record, even before Inter he won a Coppa Italia with an average Fiorentina team. That's all Man City have done over t...

As long as the players got their bonuses. Don't need to worry about the 85 employees on crap money keeping the club going they are not important, its about those wonderful loyal & caring players giving up their valuable time for 20 hours a week.
