With all due respect, the players that moved from Colts in 2009 was more by chance (and most probably just weight of numbers) rather than any programme of transition from Juniors to Seniors. I can say with some certainty that there was minimal involvement between the E&D and SAASL teams at TTG ...

Just one last question Swanny.

How many colts (or players straight from E&D) have the Downs had in the First Team in the last 3 years? And maybe not even just the Downs any Amateur team with E&D Juniors. I think you will find the list I wrote earlier would be hard to beat by any club recently

Andy I'd say 90% of players have already committed to play for clubs in 2011 & I'd also say 90% of those players will play for those clubs that thet have committed too... 90% would be a bit High! But maybe your right BUT Players word normally gets swayed when $$$$ start getting thrown around. Y...

3rd December & the VALE are the only 1st Div. Club not to have appointed a Senior Coach? All of the other Clubs Coaches have been appointed & have already spoken to players about next season & have commitments from those players. I think the late appointment of the Coach wont do the VAL...
