Re: England pre- WC Squad

You’re kidding. Ask Mr Google. You know how to google it. It reads “Optus hands rights to SBS after streaming disaster”. I remember that I didn't have any problems with any of the games that I watched. Well, bully for you. Thousands upon thousands had frustrating playback and buffering issues spoil...

Re: England pre- WC Squad

Wot Englishman?? You can’t recall Straya’s PM had to intervene and make Octopus hand it over to our free-to-air SBS after their telecasts kept freezing and f..ark.ing up during the early rounds? Get with it for your memory’s sake, G.Isn’t.A.E. Remember Uncle Con’s sayings - an apple a day keeps the...

No no, Elderly Master. Put aside the Qatar venue - there might be some good games for your place of origin with England playing Iran at 11.30pm Monday 21/11/22 and England v. USA at 5.30am Saturday 26/11/22. Also your place of residence (Straya) playing World Cup holders France at 5.30am Wednesday ...

Two big mistakes giving it to Qatar and allowing the tournament in December. Nah, Saka is no diver - just a ve...

Re: Cost of playing Junior Football

With this controversy once again raging in the mainstream media and some fees north of $1,000, I think it’s fair to raise a few questions: (1) what is the most expensive season fee around town? (2) is there a detailed & comprehensive financial breakdown of the cost for clubs to run a junior tea...

You would have to think, If Liverpoo hadn't beat Citeh, Klopp would of got the flick after last night's result Honestly, I watched it this morning and Liverpool could have won 5-1 and nobody could have complained. If Arsenal win @ Southampton tonight Liverpool will be 14 points off the pace. Definitely no EPL 22/23 title this time.

Re: EPL 22/23

Thank you Liverpool and Salah. You have helped Arsenal open up a gap from ManCity at the top by a game and a half.

ManCity clearly the better side in the first half, Liverpool in the second. However Clippity Klopp did deserve that red card for his incendiary rant.

Re: EPL 22/23

Pulsating game @ Elland Road. Arsenal will take that win, despite the controversy at the end.

Hopefully Leeds is gonna cause a lot of trouble for the big teams visiting Yorkshire. Leeds really took it to Arsenal in the second half. They deserve to be higher up the table and will not get relegated.

After Junior training tonight (Wedn 18/5)

I hope a few clubs switch their Clubrooms TVs over from Big Brother and MasterChef to Ch10Bold for the 6.35pm telecast of the A-League SemiFinal tonight between Adelaide United and Melbourne City.

Youngsters do learn from watching seniors as well and a team gathering would be good for them.

Insipid display by Arsenal away up at Newcastle when so much was at stake.

Kudos to the Magpies playing so well in front of their 52,000 fans.

Now for the miracle of Norwich playing as inspired as Newcastle in their last home game.

Re: EPL 21/22

After a bright Arsenal start for the first 17 minutes in the North London derby, not the result that was expected. How different it might have gone had Davies not tripped Saka who would have been baring down on goal off the flank. Holding then has his brain fade with two yellow cards in rapid succe...
