Re: Australia v West Indies
test cricket alive and well, not sure having Cam Smith in is the right choice either, i get Smith made runs in the 2nd dig but for mine I think he is better suited at 4 and bring in a specialist opener. Kudos to the Windies and their bowling attack, fantastic to watch Yeah, I think Cam Smith should...

Two great finishes in the last 24 hours, and showing that test cricket is still the best form of the game.

Re: Australia v Pakistan
Next Test match is a dead rubber followed by three dead rubbers against the hopeless Windies. No wonder Premier Mali was whingeing - what’s the attraction @ the Adelaide Oval so-called upcoming “Test”? I know - it’s the pissup and to go along to see and to be seen. Pretty much why you go to any spo...

^ Not that I don't rate Lyon or dislike him. That effort to go out and bat on one leg in england was phenomenal! I still think that its best to go out whilst on top rather than risk fading out and staying around too long and thus stifle the selectors to push for the next gen of players. Warne could ...

Re: Aus v India - test series
The fact that there will soon be 2 x Australia squads (T20 and test) shows the ACB already need their heads read. Money is first consideration, not improvement or nurturing of test cricket. You have a point with Zampa, BUT stats only seem to be a consideration when selectors try and justify a selec...
