I don't hero worship him, and I'm aware of his faults.
I still venture to say that we wouldn't have qualified for South Africa 2010 without him.
"Not interested in representing his country" is nonsense.... he consistently made himself available for Australia in that campaign, despite all his injury and club problems.

you have had some shocking posts but this one takes the cake, played injured to he couldn't walk against croatia in germany, missed a year of football, but no he only plays for money etc etc... jog on

Kewell doesn't do too bad for a 33 year old who has probably lost 30% of the pace he had five years ago. He turns up, plays 90 mins, and scores. Where's this lack of commitment you were talking about?
I don't think anyone "blindly worships" him... you should give people some credit for intelligence- and pull the wool out of your eyes
DAMIEN MORI- very one dimensional/tunnel vision, did score goals against figi and solomon islands but only played when the overseas stars were`nt interested.
