Clean sheet

Post by badone »

I am just wondering since the establishment of the amateur league. What is the record for consecutive clean sheets by a goal keeper. I have been listening to one banging on about 7 consecutive clean sheets. Does anyone know if this has been outdone by anyone? If so by who and when? Swanny don’t be shy.

Not sure about it, but when Tissy Simeone only let in 3 over a whole season at Inter...there must have been at least 15 clean sheets....not including Cup games !

I reckon the Westies reserves keeper must have been close to 7, ressies certainly didn't concede many in the first half of the season
