Re: Mark Hughes
Why did it take so long bec this guy is totally inept as a manager (although a fantastic player in his day).rulebritannia wrote:sacked

Btw he was a nightmare at City & I still can not forget or forgive many of his legacies he left behind.
'In Hughes we have no faith' was always my standard sign-off during his stint with us.
Re: Mark Hughes
hughes was awful for us i agree, but in saying that he signed some of our most important player in Kompany, yes he signed some absolute crap such as Santa Cruz. And thanked him for brining Shauny Wright back home, mind you i am very drunk

Re: Mark Hughes
From someone who doesn't actually come from Millwall!
Anyway, back on topic....Harry Redknapp got the job.

Re: Mark Hughes
Manchester United Football Club has not played in "Manchester" for 100 years.
So, both clubs are exactly the same then?

Be my guest, the vast majority of Millwall fans are proud of this and won't ever claim to be from there. I did work there though unfortunately.
Re: Mark Hughes
I have never claimed to be from "Manchester" either. You know that I hail from a Stockport postcode.

so why don't you support stockport?
Re: Mark Hughes
Can be a dangerous time to play a team in trouble, when they have a new manager. Fortunately, Redknapp doesn't take the reins until the Sunderland match.
Manchester United, not arrogant, just better.
Re: Mark Hughes
Obviously doesn't support Stockport because they don't win the premier league! The same reason all those people from Surrey, Faisalabad, Oslo, Alabama, Brisbane etc etc follow them.God is an Englishman wrote:M160RA wrote:I have never claimed to be from "Manchester" either. Never argue with an idiot - they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Re: Mark Hughes
Tosser. That tells me you are a spotty kid, otherwise you would be aware that football existed in England before the Premier League was introduced.
Hmm, never met a Trimboli in England, are you from England? What is your footballing pedigree?

Re: Mark Hughes
Hughes is not capable of driving the team coach never mind coaching the team.
I don't know how he keeps getting jobs - perhaps it is a form of AFL style 'tanking'?

Re: Mark Hughes
I think someone is missing the point a bit ironically here. Most Man U fans are unaware of pre Premier League days because they didn't have much success before it was the Premier League.M160RA wrote:Tosser. Added to that I doubt his name is actually Trimboli - do you sign letters as Mr M160RA? For the record there was a Trimboli who went to my school in South West London.
Back to the topic though - Hughes - great player, crap manager.
