u12 Comets 3-0 Playford.

A very good game played in tough conditions. My boys played well, 3 errors trying to play out from the back that were punished. Can accept that as a coach. Both teams played in the right spirit, and a special mention to the referee who i thought was fantastic. All the best to Comets in the Semi-Final.

A coach not trying to blame everyone following a defeat and complementary to the opposition and the ref, good on you matty hope your boys enjoy the rest of the season.

Glad you enjoyed it. Comets are top of what i perceive to be the toughest zone in the u12's so it was a great challenge for us. Regardless of the result, I'm extremely satisfied that my kids continued to play a good brand of football even though it cost them goals. Its a long process, but as their decision making and technique improves, the bravery and ambition they show to play this style will hold them in good shape for the future. Hopefully we can hold onto a top spot and play in the A division next season and compete with teams like Comets week in, week out.
