Did SACA let you know about these wickets before you voted by proxy to have their $85,000,000 debt 'retired' and the whole $729,858,000 A.O. project to go ahead?
YES, but your figures are still wrong
How so? They are public & verifiable, except for the final tallying of the $535,000,000 segment which the Leader of the Opposition says has now reached $600,000,000. There are countless articles, Auditor-General reports, bi-partisan Committee reports, etc.
Did SACA let you know they were changing 140 years of tradition where members had to be physically present to cast their all-important vote to then allow proxy votes?
Tradition was never mentioned but obviously proxy voting was mentioned
A change in 140 years' tradition & process should have been mentioned. You can't effectively join in debate and discussion, parry & thrust on such an important issue if you're not at the meeting.
Did SACA let you know you could pay the same membership fee but only have half the access to the Oval, er stadium?
We were told that membership fees would be reduced, they haven't
Well, what can I say to that?
Did SACA mention any possible conflict of relatives' interest with people in the SACA & AFL, however innocent and distant that might have been
No
Well, what can I say to that? Thank you for your dead bat Boycott-like answers.

Dead bat? Don't see how else I could have answered it. You asked a question, I gave an answer.

Just had $20 on the draw. Got $2.55. Wondering what the bookies know that I don't. Bearing in mind the weather forecast I thought that was brilliant odds.

Re: The ashes in Australia 2013-14
So, watson is going to play but not bowl at full pelt. Johnson has been known to break down as well. Could be a long few days for Harris & Siddle. I think it's a risky move by australia to risk watson.
Maybe they've seen the weather forecast as well and think he'll have plenty of recovery breaks

Be surprised if Watson is used as a bowler too much.... He'll probably break down bending over to tie his shoesGod is an Englishman wrote:So, watson is going to play but not bowl at full pelt. Mitch will be ok....I will pick him as best bowler in the 1st test in fact..

Gabba: Draw
Adel Oval: Draw
WACA: Australia
MCG: Australia

We agree on all but the MCG
Gabba: Weather saving england
Adelaide - Looks like a batsmens paradise
WACA - always a good performing venue for australia
MCG - Australia
SCG - England with Swanny on the spin friendly deck.
Still not sure on Adelaide - deck will be hard to predict this far out but looking at the shield game it looks pretty batsmen friendly. Will that change by Day 5 and depending on the toss allow Swanny into the game?
corrected it for u

and now we're about to have a game in australia that is going to be rain affected.
AND the ground with the 2nd most days lost to weather is....SYDNEY!
So, what makes you think the weather will save England. Can't remember the last time we need the weather to save us against your lot.

35/1 is pretty good odds for australia to win this test. 1/35 is about right for England to win the series
