It's a 4 league team at the moment

Fulham won't be in it if it stays like that - but it is only a draft so will get sorted out Im sure.
Mt Compass hadn't recieved forms from the league by post. I spoke to Olga on Fri and had them emailed. We will be on that list come Tuesday.

That's gd news but even a 3 team league (Prince Alfred were in twice) is silly.

If it isn't at least 8 teams then league is better off adding to Sat Div 6 and 7 and make them bigger team leagues if needed - Sat Div 5 was a schmozzle last year with teams pulling out and forfeits so the league better have it sorted before Rd 1 otherwise Fulham wont be involved with a Sat team - not worth the hassle.

I agree, the Flinders and OTH pull outs made it a farce at times. Going by other posts most clubs are just starting back so it should change soon.

it is simple, replacement teams follow the team they're replacing for all away fixtures and when the team they're replacing plays at home they play at their own home ground, then there are only two games a season the c teams wouldn't be at the same gound as their ressies and first team.
THIS WOULD BE IDEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Adelaide Titans have flagged the possibility of fielding a fourth side this year.

Another C side, althoguh we will look to fielding a Div 4 side maybe in 2015 if we are successful.

My information is the draft fixtures were completed several weeks ago and they are just sitting on a desk in the SAASL office gathering dust

Bit unfortunate for Para Hills Lions...really only had enough for 1 side at the end of last season.
Hearing PHL are struggling to fill 1 side this season, not enough people willing to help out last year and the ones who did help have seeked greener pastures this season.

Easy to see how that happens.....players and supporters at some Clubs want a Club but don't want to lift a finger to help out !
