U12's training

Post by magnet »

Played a team today who only train one night a week. Is that enough? I heard some JPL teams train three nights per week.

We train twice a week so I was surprised they train only once a week.

To progress as a team. This was an U12 JPL team. The parent I spoke to said they only train once a week due to the kids playing too much football (School, Club, SAPSASA etc).

were the kids happy when they played against you? Did they enjoy themselves?
