Any update on fixtures?
A number of kids and their families are going away during April school holidays making it difficult to fill teams during the April period.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

School holidays happen every year, twice a year during soccer season
What's so different this time around ?

Re: JPL & JSL FIXTURES 2015
Some schools are having 3 weeks off at end of term 1, which has prompted some parents to take advantage of the long break and go away, and for longer periods.
This is causing difficulty in forming a team for the rounds in April as well as maybe the Cup Round 1 (assuming get past prelim cup round if playing).

Re: JPL & JSL FIXTURES 2015
The draft fixtures showed we have a game on the 11th and here we are 9 days away with no official notification. All clubs had until close of business 20th February 2015 to submit any proposed changes before fixtures are finalised. It seems to be a lot of hard work
Re: JPL & JSL FIXTURES 2015
I agree, I need a lot more then 9 days to work out where I'm going to drive to
Re: JPL & JSL FIXTURES 2015
If you're a coach you have to consider how you get 15 parents to take their Sons on a 60 minute drive across town for 6:30 on a Wednesday night, so yes, a bit of notice is welcome.Socca wrote:I agree, I need a lot more then 9 days to work out where I'm going to drive to

Magnet,
One thing you would notice since I started this topic is that all of Socca's comments are full of sarcasm.
The guy is nothing more than a tosser!

But you can't work on the draft fixtures as a guide for these parents, seeing they (or you) are so anxious ?magnet wrote:If you're a coach you have to consider how you get 15 parents to take their Sons on a 60 minute drive across town for 6:30 on a Wednesday night, so yes, a bit of notice is welcome.Socca wrote:I agree, I need a lot more then 9 days to work out where I'm going to drive to
