MAIN CHANGES:

1. Sending-off (Red Card) for Denying an Obvious Goal-scoring Opportunity- reduced to - caution (yellow card) for DOGSO if attempting to play the ball in the Penalty Area;

2. Caution (yellow card) for stopping a promising attack - reduced to no caution (yc), if attempting to play the ball.

A 4th sub will now be allowed in matches which go to extra time.

VAR! Unanimously agreed on by the 8 voters on the International F.A. Board (IFAB).
FIFA President Gianni “the Infant” Infantino says trials have shown VAR decisions take an average of 55 seconds.
