What a morning of football .

Liverpool and Man U both spanked by 5 goals .

I would put the Villa’s result slightly ahead of Spurs, but not by much .

Yet you want is salary caps, no foreigners etc

With what you want you wouldn’t get the excitement.

Great game and result by Villa.

I always feel that Liverpool take risks by playing such a high line and normally it works in their favour, but this morning pretty much everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First goal, Adrian. Second goal, good finish, but Gomez has to show him outside. Third goal, lucky deflection. Fourth goal, the whole defence asleep, playing offside I assume. Fifth goal, given away then a lucky deflection. After that I think Liverpool put the cue in the rack and gave up. Sixth goal, yet another lucky deflection. Seventh goal was well worked and finished, but where were the defence? And it could have been worse.

Some days it's just not your day and you can only forget them.

Yes but I’m sure you agree there is a difference between sensibly priced foreigners who have something to offer English football and naby Keita

How can two referees look at Pickford's, I won't call it a tackle, lunge on VVD and do absolutely nothing? I'm sure the intention was not to hurt him, but if a midfielder did that he'd be off immediately, don't even need to check the monitor for those. It's just bizarre.

Wasn't the grenache up due to offside being given?

I think so, but I fail to see the relevance to the decision
