Like the idea of Carlton in 7th.

Not buying in to the Cats stocks Bomber? I know they’re looking old but have said they will rest the stars & keep them fresh over the course of the season.. Anyone but Port please!

Put them in the finals, and in fact I don't think there will be much in it between top and sixth.

That said, I'll stick to betting on nags as opposed to AFL.

Some of the rule changes, eg virtually can't move when standing on the mark, will no doubt create frustration and more likely to slow the game down with silly 50 m penalties becoming more likely too. As someone mentioned on FB, probably to get more goals scored to enable more ads being aired during such stoppages. We shall see

Not far as you have managed to have:

1. Western Bulldogs at 5th and 9th .
2. West Coast at 2nd and 4th.
3. Kicked Carlton out of AFL.
4. Kicked Richmond out of the AFL.

;-) ;-)

Interesting that AU had copped criticism for its low attendances this year .

Adelaide Crows the biggest sporting club in this state could only get 25k to game which had a Covid cap of 40k . This is side and a sport which gets saturation exposure in the media 24/7 .

This follows a summer when cricket both at Test and BBL struggled consistently failed to reach the reduced Covid capacities .

Surely players need to take some responsibility here, Keys kicks that goal with 2 mins to go it’s game over, as for United I only saw the last 5 mins and the brain fade by the GK

score line flattered the Crows...27 scoring shots to 19....dont get me wrong, Keys has been a handy pick up, but if he could kick, Brisbane wouldnt have let him go...

as for Adl Utd...changes came too late.

piss weak by Port Power....if they really wanted to force the issue, they shouldve worn the 'prison bars' (quite apt given who they are) during the game and have risked losing 4 pts...

oh well,,,,,at least the states crime rate around Adelaide dropped for 3 hours except for in the CBD...

thought id venture to Adelaide Oval today with the family to watch the Crows...cheapest ticket available in the nose bleed section of the stand behind the goals = $80 X 4 = $320...WTF?????????????? + no family option.

instead, I'll go to Hindmarsh....oh wait, 5.40pm on a Sunday....

might go buy the best steak on both occasions, cook it up, wash it down and watch on TV and still be in front by far!!!!

Sport usually involves some skill and so this does not really qualify as a sport.

It should be treated more like a movie. Would it be classed as fiction or non-fiction?
