City and Liverpool have tough groups, the rest look pretty simple to pick the qualifiers.

Liverpool is a group of death imho. Group G and C appear the weakest.

ManU loosing to Young Boys a shock. Ronny still keeps scoring. Totally a machine. Is the Barca era coming to a close with no Messi.

I have noticed since Stan Sport took over UCL that highlights on You Tube are certainly a big improvement on what what Optus Sport allowed. They are uploaded quicker and offering extended highlights as well.

Is the champions league part of the normal STAN package or do you need to pay more?

I think Stan Sport is a separate subscription.

To get Stan Sport in HD costs $24 pm ( Stan HD $14 plus Stan Sport $10).

Be interesting to see which streaming service wins the EPL rights as the current Optus deal expires at the end of 21/22 season.

Ronaldo scores again. 140 CL goals now. Amazing.

Robert Lewangoalski scores another brilliant goal.

Chelsea touch up a poor Juve. The old lady looked a lot older today.

Liverpool, Man U and Real M seem to have the toughest draws imho. Although MU missed on PSG as in original draw.

Champions League last-16 draw
Salzburg v Bayern Munich
Sporting Lisbon v Manchester City
Benfica v Ajax
Chelsea v Lille
Atletico Madrid v Manchester United
Villarreal v Juventus
Inter Milan v Liverpool
PSG v Real Madrid

A crazy re draw happened.
Teams who met in the group stages are supposed to be kept apart in the last-16 draw. United did not face Atletico in the groups, but Liverpool did, and Jurgen Klopp's side were mistakenly put into the pot to potentially face Atletico - who were then drawn against Bayern Munich

Champions League - original last-16 draw
Benfica vs Real Madrid
Villarreal vs Manchester City
Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich
Salzburg vs Liverpool
Inter Milan vs Ajax
Sporting Lisbon vs Juventus
Chelsea vs Lille
Paris Saint-Germain vs Manchester United

One thing about UEFA is that you can rely on them to somehow stuff the draws up every time.
The older I get the better I was.

On paper yes Bomber, but you know they can be boring as they know each others strengths and set out to nullify one another. This can often be the case when there is so much at stake.

Anyhow as you said a fair bit to go. Also can they be drawn against each other in the knock out stages, I would assume they can?

Of course, hence I said a bit premature. Could be a double-edged sword with EPL possibly being down to the wire although the smart money is still on City there.

Watching PSG defense play , I think Poch would be a good fit for Man U. Woeful defending including a supposed world class GK.
