Watford 2 Arsenal 3. Arsenal now up to 4th position.

Sublime goals by Odegaard, Saka and Martinelli.

Could coming 3rd be a real possibility?

Right here is what is wrong with the premier league. Finishing 3rd should not be an achievement.

Lucrative Champions League, GIsn’tAE. The fans throughout the Premier League demand it, crave it.

Oh yeah? Let’s draw an analogy here: so if Millwall finished second in the Championship and got lucrative automatic promotion to the EPL, you wouldn’t call it an achievement? Millwall fans wouldn’t crave it, wouldn’t rejoice?

If Millwall came 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th and won exciting playoffs for promotion to the EPL, those same Millwall fans wouldn’t hail it as an achievement?

Look, I know what you’re saying about first-past-the-post after a gruelling long season is THE achievement but now the top 4 EPL thing is also here to stay. To aim for the top spot of course, but also the top 4, to get into the Champions League.

Same goes for vying for 1st and 2nd and auto promotion out of the Championship and yes, even achieving it through those popular Wembley playoffs.

This is the issue. It should be the top 1. Bring back the European Cup.

Yes because the big clubs have too much power ,

Should only be one club per country in UCL .

The problem there is that 10th in the EPL would still be ten times better than first in some of the Scandinavian leagues.

Only just seen it.

I'd be happy for Millwall to finish 6th and go up. Is it right though - NO. Top 3 should go up.

Would it be an achievement, YES.

Would I celebrate it - YES.

Is is a problem with football - YES.

6 should not get you promoted, 3rd should not get you in a league for CHAMPIONS.

The spuds finished seventh last year. We're still in Europe and they aren't so we must be better than them and your tenth.

the truth is man u are not good enough and will deserve their mid table finish, it should not be this way but it is, they are all superstars with big egos and big wages that they dont earn, a few try but most dont its pathetic when a team wont put in a full shift for the obscene wages they get, rangnick has to note how ole was nice and defended them and not to follow oles example, play the academy more who would kill to play in that first team and give their absolute all as proper man u players should, 76,000 home fans are waiting to see this, plus me.

the match midweek Arsenal v Liverpool should be epic. Chance for Liverpool to move to with a point of Man C or Arsenal to move ahead in 4th place.

rangnick or his successer must do the same at man u. midtable is all they deserve. this season is gone now so promote academy players now. is it so much of a risk. should not try to buy your way out of trouble, man u have done this and they didnt need to. they have a wonderfull academy so for petes sake utilise it and see how they respond.
