Joke of a decision! VAR showing its true form again.. let alone the 2 disallowed goals for Brighton before that decision
Great decision by the referee, backed up by VAR. The wee sweaty and the whining haywood have no idea as usual.
Aye right! ;-) Either you are at the piss take or you are showing your bias, which one is it?
 I'm totally impartial.

NOC doesn't come across a someone who would take the piss on here.

He appears to have the humour complexity of a metrostars fan

 TBF it's generally the mark of a good side, but how bottle of shiraz lucky are the Goons? A bounce off VVD for the first, a missed Salah penalty and about half a dozen great saves from Ramsdale. Kissed on the grenache. ;-)
Again, quick to comment on any other team / player, however goes missing when his team plays or Harry 'king of the dive' Kane makes a dik of himself! Between Vicky & yourself pair of plonkers!

Fair result in the end, great spectacle

Agree that the Liverpool v Arsenal game was a great match to watch, it was loaded with skill, tackles and some top class saves. Arsenal had a plan to delay the game any time Liverpool looked to be gaining momentum and this was the only downside in what was otherwise fantastic viewing.
Very difficult for a Referee not to stop the game when a player goes to ground with an apparent head knock- the problem is too many players are crying wolf when there is obviously nothing wrong with them.
Wouldn't mind Arsenal going all the way, it is healthy when the League title is distributed amongst different clubs. Should be a great climax to the season.
Could very well go down to the wire- Arsenal appear to have a tougher run-in compared to Man. City as they have to play City at Etihad, though City are also competing in the FA Cup v Sheffield United and in the Champions League v Bayern.

No bias from me, I always call it as I see it without any form of favouritism, impartiality is my byword.

It's not my fault that Spurs are generally hard done by and the Goons are lucky champagne.

To many apologies this season from the PGMOL - not good enough from the biggest sporting association in the world. Missed points could cost clubs millions of dollars, yet they think an apology is acceptable

The really annoying thing is that it's such an easy fix. All they have to do is refer anything dubious, other than offside and mistaken identity, to the onfield ref and let him make the decision using the monitor, this 'clear & obvious' Barossa Pearl is rubbish.

There's an even easier fix, get rid of VAR and accept the decision on the pitch.

True and I'd be happy, but that isn't going to happen. Given that we have to have the tech, at least use it properly.

I've got to disagree, one of the worst Prem games I've watched in a while. Arsenal played a good 20 minutes, then fell apart, clearly couldn't wait for the half time whistle.. came out the 2nd half and played no better. Liverpool not good enough to take advantage of 70 minutes vs a Championship level side to scrape a win out.

Trent being an absolutely hopeless defender helped Arsenal a lot.

You are entitled to disagree- I would much rather watch a 2-2 draw with mistakes and commitment rather than the dross games recently between Liverpool and Chelsea- 456 minutes without a goal! Arsenal are a far better side than Championship level and the league table positions prove it. I agree Liverpool struggled but I suppose that is one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much as it made it an interesting watch.

And with VAR it often shows even WORSE decision making (given they can look at things again and still be wrong, all the whilst holding up the flow of the game). Of course refs get things wrong but rather accept the man in the middle's finding to technology which is only available with leagues with big $$$ anyway.

Apparently stood down and under investigation but report seems to indicate that he will serve no further punishment.

To be honest I find this astonishing if it turns out to be true- you can't possibly have it one way and not the other.

If Robertson provoked him by saying something very personal then they should both cop a a hefty fine with a suspension of some sort.

Was an opportunity for the English FA to nip it in the bud so to speak. If they take no action I think it sets a dangerous precedent.

I wonder if Hatzidakis claimed to be threatened- he is built like a brick shithouse and Robertson has less meat on him than a butcher's pencil! ;-)

i reckon nice try VAR but its a fail for me. just let the ref and linespeople do their jobs as they always have. plus dont let the yanks change the game in any way so that they will say that they invented it.be warned. if they ever get in charge of FIFA it would be a bloody disaster. :(

I actually agree. We were all over them at 2-0 then Ramsdale sits down so Arteta can have his Yankee time out, the players start hitting the deck to disrupt the game. Xhaka does what he always does. Surprise surprise Liverpool get on on top of us. It’s all on Arteta for me

I hope that Robinson saw sense and didn’t offer anything incriminating. After all he was the one out of order at the outset. He has come as reasonable for a jock

I wonder if Hatzidakis claimed to be threatened- he is built like a brick shithouse and Robertson has less meat on him than a butcher's pencil! ;-)
Robertson is a stroppy little tosser and should have been banned for 6 games for nutting the refs elbow.

Dunno what they're moaning about, Brighton just got an apology from Howard Webb
If Brighton got the points they deserved against the Spuds, they would be pushing for Champions League Football. Apologies mean F all

What would you know, an apology from Howard is to be treasured and talked about after retirement.
