How does a coach that doesnt get his team relegated get Coach of the Year ?

Very interesting question. Sometimes awards are given as "encouragement" for a job well done in the circumstances. I'm only being serious.

Anyway, there are a few interesting results albeit worthy recipients.

You would’ve thought Lastella was a standout and clear winner. If not him, Scalzi or Monsigneur won all the trophies between them. Goddard did a good job with birks. Team of the year had a couple interesting selections too.

Good questions for the coaches in the league, given those awards voted for by them.

But I'm sure none of them would publicly reveal their choices lol
