As you know, have a lot of respect for the Modbury boys...but they are beginning to pick on me on this site. What have I done? And to think those lads are smart enough to work out who I am just amazes me....AND one of them is a keeper too....must be the 2nd smartest one going around.

Yes well boys will be boys, live by the sword then . . . . .

Thankfully the next meeting may be in the finals then.

Don't have a good record in semi's against Para Hills.

yes well done to west adelaide but the ref gave them a good shot though by sending off a city defender in the first half an hour, it was a very soft call

1. city conceded a freekick a different player called the west adelaide player a diver but the ref booked a different player than who called him a diver, because the ref thought that he said it
2. jst after the city player said "no one speek otherwise you will get a yellow" or something and then the ref sent him off!!

i think refs are getting quicker to pull out the cards this year for very silly reasons,

city had to play 50 minutes with 10 men and did well to keep the large goal advantage.

Rabbit..... mate you know who iam and i know who your are. i would like to know were i am "picking" on you as i havent said anything about you or para hills. quite hard to pick on you if i havent said anythin about those to topics. and no need to qoute my name in a previous thread when i havent said anything about you. and yea not the best day for the modbury boys but o well the whole season has been a rollercoster ride of results but this rollercoster has a long decline at the moment that will hopefully end before cup.

was a good game... in the end the all the boys are under 17... so it makes no difference whether they play 19's, ressies or 1st team... age is all that matters!!!

hats off to my boys tho... they battled all game... raiders better team on the day... maybe the experience of playing at a higher level clinched the win with it being 1-1 for 65 mins and last 2 goals obviously coming in the last 15

ABE v Campbelltown
2-1 win to ABE

Game was destroyed by the ref, ref gave 10 or 11 yellows and 1 red.

Campbelltown should've scored in the first 5 minutes of the game, the ABE keeper pulled of a good save, ABE first goal was a lucky rebound to the striker which he finished. 1-0 at half time. Second half ABE player was sent off, both teams made chances but couldn't finish, ABE scored 2-0 up, Campbelltown pulled one back with about 2 mins to play.

An interesting moment of the game was when the ABE keeper was booked for a charge on the striker in the box, after the keeper was booked he recieved the free-kick.

ABE played an U19 in this match, like they did against City.
