PHE 3-2 Maco's

Post by eric the great »

PHE 3-2 Maco's.

Good tough game today but the boys rallied in the last ten minutes to get two good goals to win the match. Maco's played hard all day and took the lead twice in the match with two well finshed goals. With Vista losing to Fulham, the eastie boys open up a 6 point lead. With Farm and Vista, the next two games for us, it's in our hands to open it up further.

B's - Fulham 5 - Vista 1

Great effort by the lads who dominated.

What was with AC going in goals for the A's and B's

A's Fulham 1 - Vista 0

Top effort - probably season's best team performance.

Vista had no clear cut chance (maybe a half chance in 1st half with the Vista player out wide on right snuffing an angled shot with keeper to beat in side netting).

Fulham had 3 good chances and 1 shot saved by AC that most keepers would have not got a glove on.

From those galleries from Fulham v Vista it looks like Sweet Mate Productions was once again getting splinters in his ar5e

What will it take to get the great man out of hiding and into that Sweeper/Central Midfield/Sledger/Pissed Linesman role he plays so well??

I'm very happy to have moved to West Ham, because I can play for a better team than Sheffield Wednesday.

one only has ones self to blame.dropped too many points in games we shouldn't have.though today fulham earnt the points.the b's ref was good not the best in the world but stayed out of the limelight and just did his job.and again the a's ref was good no complaint's there.

see that was an ok match report i thought.

PHE v Maco's.
attended this game today

Just a quick one on the game. The ref was excellent. At no point did he loose control and he kept his head in the firey moments of the game. Well done ref!!

How much you wanna make a bet I can throw a football over them mountains?... Yeah... Coach woulda put me in fourth quarter, we would've been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind.

Vista Vs Fulham - Not the best way to send off AC but shite happens. Vista had 2 clear cut chances in first half and 3 free kicks(deserved) just outside the box and 1 chance with 2min to go which i flucked up. Fulham put it in the back of the net and then bombed it long for whole second half, which is all they needed to do so congrats. Good bunch i guys and Vista have week off to give us even more fire when play Macedonia.

Good refereeing display by yourself in the 1st half of the ressies Dicanio. You played well in the 1st team game too, your the first player this season who has managed to keep the big lad up front fairly quiet.

Annie Road on a mission to get sent off there!! bloody thug

i can dish it out and i can take it but unfortunately there arnt too many others in our team who can.

but it was a good game and i wasn't at all pleased to be subbed, the gaffer said it was because the ref said next tackle and i would be off but i hadn't done a bad tackle all game

but all the best BPBC hope you and the lads go on to win the league.

Great fighting by the East again this week. We are definatley battling hard in all these games and getting the rewards at the final whistle. One thing I have noticed with all teams this year is their fitness. There quite simply is none. Most teams can run out 70mins of a hard game, but then die in the muscat!! It has been a great benefit for us to be a little fitter than most teams throughout this year.
Maco's had us on the back foot early, mainly due to the gail force winds at our ground. Just never seemed like we were getting anywhere. Maco's big center forward was probably their most dangerous. But a crunching owen tackle kept him out of it late on. I think they thought they had the win already but credit to us, we never gave up.
Ref was good today too. Very fair and let play roll on as much as he could.

These "Muppets" from maco's; what do they look like?? We had a guy, a big bikie looking dude, come into the changerooms yesterday after the match looking for one of our guys because he called him feral, (which he was). He threatned us to "watch his back". He claims he was not a supporter for Maco's, but this was ridiculous. I don't think they know the saying "what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch"!!!

Crucial points dropped by Vista at this stage of the season. But at least your still up there with the leading pack i guess. And now your without AC. Oh well i'm sure you were taking it as a bonus having him!!

Can anyone comment on the Farm game??
