Does anybody know if their any coaching courses that can be done on line,which gives you a certificate

No. You can not do a practical online.

There is one: Beginning Coaching Course (Level 1) http://www.ausport.gov.au/coach/onlinecoachcourse.asp It's only a basic licence.
