U/17 review
Just after the half way point in the season Adelaide City lead the league by one point and are closely followed by Campbelltown and Western Strikers. Campbelltown and Adl City are clearly the best two teams and Strikers really have had a lucky run (they r poo). Besides these two stand out teams there are are chasing group of teams that include South Adleaide, Para Hills and Cumberland. These teams are by no chance knockovers and pose a real threat to the top teams. Playing these teams isnt easy as we found out. We got robbed against Adl City! The ref cost the game and top spot. The next Campbelltown V Adl City fixture at Newton Sportsfield will be the game of the season and will determine top spot. This game will most probably decide the premiers.

is this the ladder you are talking about, it is difficult to see how you make the conclusion that a game between Ad City and Campbelltown is going to determine the league result it looks to me that anyone from Metro Stars Up has a chance .....

Unfortunately,the Federation Site is incorrect when it comes to giving correct information about results and league tables. Clubs as much to blame for not emailing them in when they should. However, the table above is correct apart from maybe the odd goal here and there but the points are spot on. Very even competition with any of the top 7 clubs capable of winning, although more likely to come from the top 4. Some clubs are beginning to hit their straps at the right time. There is a team sitting just off the pace that has won several league titles in recent years who shouldn't be written off. Dismiss them at your peril!!!!!
