Football Federation Australia (FFA) and Football Federation South Australia (FFSA) are seeking applications for the above position. The position will be based at FFSA Office.
Working on behalf of FFSA in the area of game development and participation, the position will provide direction, education & support to FFSA, its Zones, Associations and clubs to implement and deliver game development and participation initiatives as stated in the National Football Development Plan.
These include and are not limited to small-sided games, Telstra football anytime, schools football, women and girls football, volunteer programs, grassroots coaching and inclusive initiatives including disabled and Indigenous programs.

In the area of Football Development, Football Federation Australia (FFA) strives to provide high quality leadership and support for the football community and stakeholders, which continually raises the overall technical standard of football in Australia, ensures opportunities for all and fosters life-long support for the game.

Knowledge, skills and behaviour required (Competency)
· Minimum Youth Licence Coach Accreditation Certificate
· Experience and knowledge of grassroots football
· Highly effective presentation and education skills to large groups of people
· Demonstrated experience working with volunteers in sport
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of community based sports programs
· Ability to manage a small team of casual staff and program deliverers
· Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Major interactions (eg ….with FFA departments, ….with external bodies)

· A significant amount of travel within FFSA,
· Football Federation Northern Territory and to FFA Head Office, Sydney (from time to time)
I've thought about it. Looks like a great job, and I could handle all the requirements but the incentives would have to be good to get me away from the family business (but I'm still thinking)
