Kitchimo,

You are correct the Navarino vs Comets match was called off due
to the weather conditions yesterday.

A few of the Navarino players made the short trip down to Grange to
watch the Monarchs vs FC Adelaide game.

Well you definitely hope that the game is postponed for both sides.

Bruno was pretty quick to call off the seniors game for Navarino v Comets

I was actually suprised how long it took him. A decision could have been made without even getting out of his car.

Well done to ALL the reserves players this year for your great efforts in making the club very proud by finishing top.....
Congrats to the b's for taking out the league, WELL DONE! All their hard work at training has finally paid off! Also well done to the a's for a wonderful display in such terrible conditions up at Mt barker. A change in the starting line up seemed to wonders, it was actually an enjoyable game to watch from the a's with Ross scoring 4 delightful goals, one especially! I think it was Gonzo's first start in the a's but it looked like he had been playing with them all season. Would love to see Elio and Daniel also starting in the a's to see what sort of football is produced, definately mouth watering ;) Best of luck to the a's this week against Burundi smeagles, both playing for promotion!

Wanders will smash the Jets. Modbury very disspointing on Saturday. You know your team has issues if I score against you.

Well done to Villa, good game to play in, thought we deserved to hold on for the draw. Nice to see so many old team mates still playing & playing well. Good bunch of guys. Would like to have stayed around for a drink, but Bert scared me away saying how contagious his flu is.

Not a bad idea... between both sides, you would create a very strong set up, both a's and b's, besides the fact that you share home grounds. RBE very suprising to see them finish bottom??? and the Monarchs... what happened down there this year... cant remember the Monarchs ever having a bad season like that. Get rid of some of those grandpa's you got down there (FC, JB, etc) and start bleeding some of the talented youngsters from RBE...

Interesting if true... I recall Adelaide Monarchs had entered the league as AM Adelaide, the "AM" being Abruzzo-Molise - any link to the club on Churchill Road. in addition, Red Blue Eagles are linked to the Abbruzzese Association.

Sure your not going to call that offside?
Question everyone, if a player shoots the ball from a free kick, and his team mates are held at the 18 yard box, and the ball goes in from the shot and no body interferes nor touches the ball but are in a offside position(becasue they are about 10-15metres away from the goalie and the goals), its a goal right?

Rob Lozza begs to differ and ruins matches by doing so...

If they are interfering with the keepers vision then they are interfering with play and should be called offside. You don't have to touch the ball or be near it, to be "interfering" with play.
