Huddersfield have to do something about their woeful Away record if they want be more than wannabes.
Great game last night (apart from the theatrics on both sides).

Re: England - League One Thread
Southend have just avoided going into administration after paying a $2.1 million dollar debt last week. Also for the FA Cup we only had 11 fit senior players able to play while the rest were injured or suspended. For us to only be 13th is preety good looking at the circumstances, but hopefully we sign more players on loan and start getting our promotion aspirations back!
Now that's what I call high quality H2O.
Re: England - League One Thread
poor showing for wycombe on the wk end. first loss under the new boss with 3 draws in a row. looking pretty bleek for the boys from bucks

As a general rule (there are exceptions) not many teams are coping with the mid-week road trips in League One.

Does anybody know what happened to the Leeds V Swindon game? I never figured it out. Nonetheless we are top of the league with a game in hand. 9 points clear of 3rd and looking good for promotion.

I watched the BBC's football league show this morning. Good win by Wycombe and Huddersfield got lucky with an own goal. As much as I hate them Leeds seem to be in a class of their own this season.

Re: England - League One Thread
The only thing that got them noticed was the thrashing Huddersfield handed out to them. If it hadn't been for that, most people would have thought they were still playing in the Conference Leaguesparts wrote:i love that people are noticing wycombe after all my posts about them! signing ainsworth on loan has made a massive difference!
Way to bounce back though

you have my sympathies for supporting the pikeys. Are you from the medway towns? if yes, then I REALLY feel sorry for you.

Born in Gravesend so not quite Medway, but Gillingham was the nearest 'real' team - just seemed a better option than Gravesend & Northfleet.Hawkesy wrote:you have my sympathies for supporting the pikeys. Are you from the medway towns? if yes, then I REALLY feel sorry for you.
Supporter would probably be stretching things a bit as I've never seen them play, just follow their progress and look forward to the day when they return to the Championship
