Amatuer Cup Round

Can someone please guve me a logical reason why it takes so long
for the SAASL to produce the next round of the cup.Its been 2 weeks
since the prelim round was played and they still havent done the 1 round draw.Clubs need to organise grounds and players have to organise work especialy if we draw against a saturday team,but i guess there has to be a logical reason.

because the amatuer league is exactly that AMATUER. they couldnt organise a root in a macdonalds

i went away with amatuer league chiefs last year and we had quite a few roots in a macdonalds

now its only a couple more weeks before we find out who we've got... actually thats a bit harsh... it'll only be a week and a half...
