got in contact with Lachie myself the other week & was hoping he was going to make his way out to Gardens too mate, would of returned to the good old junior fed days playing with him
never know the season hasnt kicked off yet, still time
There is always time Haywood
Seems that Lachlan knows a lot of people. He knew half of our guys anyway. Looked sharp at training so hopefully he has a good season

What a cracking team we had back then- Modbury 13s and 14s.

Lachie did most of his damage at Salisbury in the juniors. Surely Modbury wouldnt take any credit.

The Badger trained the house down again tonight. If he keeps this up he will easily make the over 35's!
Dixie Dean was hailed by another Mersey legend, Liverpool’s Bill Shankly, as “belonging in the company of the supremely great, like Beethoven, Rembrandt and Shakespeare.”

That's interesting because I heard the Grove also picked up the no 1 keeper from a fed club (maybe Playford) and he was going to be grove's 1st team keeper.
thought one would play at grove and the other going to the vale to fight for 1st team keeper role there now that rosco has left
I heard that S.Doolan was staying at MPCSC and C.Doolan was going to the Downs... I think this is the 2nd or 3rd time ive heard rumours about them.
I dont think anyone knows what theyre doing... Maybe someone should actually talk to them??
So can anyone who was at the first round of the Playford cup confirm who the Doolans were playing for? Para? Grove? Downs? Or just sitting around with a Jacks can or beer watching everyone else work hard like only Doolans's know how

Chris played for MP up front in the A's and Steven played between the posts for the Grove in the A's

Pretty sure most of the young lads from last season are back out. May be one or two missing... Had 40ish at all trainings so far so good start to the season
