Did you ask why they played the game early? Are Brahma the team that don't have Reserves following them?

First question:
No I didn't really talk to anyone. Apologies for my erratic behaviour :D
Perhaps Juventino can answer this question.

Second question:
No, Brahma are the team who don't have a reserves following them. Flinders (3) are following Dragon Rangers and Old Ignatians (3) are following Hahndorf.

Prior to that corner you looked safe but the way they grabbed the ball after the second goal and ran it out to the centre circle showed they had beleif (and hunger) that they could do it. As I said, on the balance of play I thought a draw was a fair result.

I should add the referee had a very good game.

Fair summary bodo, thought that ARBE shaded it just a litttle but Brahma showed the desire and fight to snatch a point. Well done to them 8)

Yes the referee was very fair. More should let the game flow as he did

No ressies game so we agreed to kick off at 7. or are you refering to it being on a wednesday? if so, it was because of ground share arrangements RBE have.

I meant early as in date

But I understand as you don't have a reserve tie that day it gets it out of the way and you can have a Saturday off

Fk you dont waste any time, i didnt even have a chance to edit!

Anyway, onto the game. Fuk i am sore today. Credit to RBE they were a class act, some very skilful players there. But well in to our boys for fighting right to the end. For a bunch of lads who dont even train it was pleasing to see every player putting in 100% right to the end after playing in one of the hardest games we've all played in years.

Bodo, that free was top left coprner my friend. I'll call it good use of the wind. You cant teach that sh!t :)

Ref was great, bad call on the handball but as for the rest of the game brilliant i thought. well done

To my bud Dibarts, looks like you're getting a good squad and club together there mate. Keep up the hardwork and hopefully the club will progress more and more over the next few years.

cracking game, def sore today.... wet windy midweek game. nice pitch though.

well done to ARBE, hard fought game played in great spirits, despite the odd dodgy tackle (u guys were just a bit too quick), the game was played hard but fair. well done to ref.

i always thought we deserved a goal and when we jagged the free-kick i thought maybe we could get some momentum and we did. we just wanted a bti more in the end and it seemed like you guys thought u could sit it out. u werent far off, got a nice deflection for our 3rd goal!

big thanks to some of your crowd for chasing the balls around and getting them back to us.

game at our ground will be a cracker.

p.s. - our super sub #10 was the game breaker... (well he thinks so)

Adelaide Red Blue Eagles B's 2 - 2 Hazara
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas.

Was a good game in the A's. We had more chances but did not test the keeper enough while Hazara had the best chance of the match late on. A mazy run but the finish went just wide.

saturday 15th may
brahma 3 - 1 adelaide uni

hard fought scrappy game. uni had younger fitter guys, so it was a battle for us but we got through it ok. belter of a goal for us to go 2-1 up early second half and then we kept on top from then despite strong efforts from uni. good luck for the rest of the year.

Yeah was a very very close call for the offside. She was the ref's partner as well.... good to see they both had a shocker... keeping it in the family.

no he realised it was in error.... they thought it was a goal kick so walked off, no-one really knew what was going on... then he gave a corner... good on him... did a great job i thought.

Yeah definitely wasn't a penalty but still funny to see. From the sidelines it looked like BPBC was crying again and the ref changed his mind to keep him happy
