Goal kick?
If a goal keeper takes a goal kick, miss kicks it but kicks it enough to roll out the box, but runs up and kicks it again, what is the official discission? Retake it? Free kick to the opposition? or Penalty?

I'll answer your other question when you put it in English.

Which box? Outside the six yard box but inside the eighteen yard box when he touches it a second time the kick gets retaken. Outside the eighteen yard box it's an indirect free kick from the point where he kicked it a second time.
Definately not a penalty.

Re: Goal kick?
Depends if the ball exits the box first doesn't it?
- The ball is in play when it is kicked directly out of the penalty area
If, after the ball is in play, the goalkeeper deliberately handles the ball
before it has touched another player: - a direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if the infringement
occurred outside the goalkeeper’s penalty area, the kick to be taken
from the place where the infringement occurred (see Law 13 –
Position of Free Kick) - an indirect free kick is awarded to the opposing team if the
infringement occurred inside the goalkeeper’s penalty area, the
kick to be taken from the place where
In the event of any other infringement of this Law: - the kick is retaken

Re: Goal kick?
So he did (it's been two weeks since I read it) although not elaborating which box.
My first response was still correct.
