First two weeks of the World Cup absolutely shiraz me up - 4 to 5 hours of broken sleep every night, tried to sleep as much as I could on Saturday before football and all day Sunday. Consumed way too much coffee and red bull. It's amazing how much cabernet I could prepared for the next day at half time of the games.

This week I'm away for 'training' all week so hopefully it won't be too strenuous!

Seriously this is what i do...

1. Sleep at 10pm (at the latest)

2. Record the midnight game

3. Wake at 4am

4. Start recording the 4am game

5. Start watching the midnight game

6. Midnight game finishes (approx 5:30am - with fast forwarding slow bits can be earlier)

7. Start watching 4am game at approx 5:30am

8. Finish at 7am... off to work!!! :)

Happy days...

Was good to get a decent night's sleep for a change last night. Could have slept for 12 hours easily if it werent for alarm/work.
