The MA Hawks presentation night was held at the Messinian Hall on Sat 11th Sep with approx 200 people in attendance.

The A's best player count went down to the wire. With a round to go 2 players shared the lead. The leading vote getters were

Jim Chaousis 17 votes
Kim Barendregt 15 votes
John Katianos 14 votes
Jim Volis 11 votes
Michael Perrone 10 votes
Cheney Senesi 8 votes
Harry Salehi 8 votes
Damian Harley 8 votes

Jim Chaousis has now won the Hawks A's best player award an amazing 7 times

The golden boot went to Damien Harley
The B's best player went to Paul Papoutsis
The C's best player went to Chan Jaya
Best club man went to Harry Salehi
Best dress could of gone to any member of the B's team
Best entertainment of the night had to go to Rene Dumont's impersonation of Usher 8)

All in all it was a great night.

Yeah you said it all over here http://www.footballnews.com.au/forum/vi ... 17&t=49153

but nobody cared enough about the hawks to reply so why post it again?

Cause nuggett made the other topic his own. This thread is labelled "presentation nights" and the original post asked where, when and who won awards so that's what I've done. If you don't like the way this forum is run then don't read

Good venue, service, menu etc.

I hear they have added to their menu recently too. May pop there with the chicky-babe after pub tonight. Has the whole venue been booked for tomorrow night Franco?

Volunteering to cut the oranges at half time doesn't entitle you to a league winners medal mate

I'm not sure but I was under the impression that Kim himself used to play for Campbelltown. Can anyone confirm ?

Damian played 90% of the season in the Seniors. He had a really good year, he never took a backward step and I new he would always give 100%.
