Ban the team.
Ban the Pres, Sec, Treas.
Freeze the re-registration of players pending identification of the attackers to the police. Not a ban, just a temporary freeze pending fulfilling certain requirements. Someone knows who they are, if they don't say, then its their fault that their mates don't get to play.
I also like the idea of no more than two players at any one club if it's impossible to actually life ban them.
(I'd probably put the coaches in the 'player' category rather than the 'club official' category.)

Actually my stepdad got bashed a few years back and they never caught the culprits but he ended up getting a payout...So I think you're wrong there. Of course he didn't get bashed for money, but I'm saying that the cash reimbursement will surely suffice in terms of healing some of the pain of being attacked during the match...Do you know what I mean?

The victims of crime payouts have been changed and I personally don't think that money can ease that much of the pain for getting assaulted doing something that basically you do for free (I know refs get paid) for a game you love

Personally I don't agree with bagging a whole race of people either there are good and bad in every race. I know some Brits who are just as crazy as the select few Albanian people who perpetrated this assault on the referee.

Heard from a mate Gleeson have been re-instated into the Reserve Cup at the expense of BESA, who beat them a few weeks ago, that probably shows the future of BESA is non-existant, and rightly so.
