What is the lowest age group that has the socceroos? Is it 13 or 14? If so how do these players get chosen?

i thought the lowest age group was under 17's but could be wrong, i cant recall an under 14 world cup or a under 15 soccerroo team

I think lowest is 17's but majority of players within squad would be around 15-16 years old
