I have answered the questions .
Please note after I resigned verbally from the juniors and seniors at Olympic .
I am not sure what they did with paperwork or governance there.
Until when Alex came to my home to sign over OCBA forms.
Only then until now I became suspicious and why I was still left as main signatory of Olympic juniors many years after I left?????
Till today no answers given to me ???
So is wah2 legal given these events ????

You HAVE NOT answered Questions 2,3,5 and 6. I suggest you read the questions. Answer them and I won't bother you again in regards to B27.

JD, I have read your "response" and I will say it again. You HAVE NOT answered Questions 2,3,5 and 6. Are the answers to these questions so damning that you want to dodge these questions?

There you have it fellow forumites. The guy wants to deflect the issue and has refused to answer what I consider to be important questions. He complains that WAH didn't give him information and answers, but then ignores the important questions that I posed to him. He could not even give me a simple "Yes" or "No" answer.

Or go to SA Govt at OCBA under freedom of information and get some answers there ?
I bet my name will be as signatory to very late 2000's?
Not to my knowledge until Alex came to see me to sign over docs.
That is why I call it s shemozzle of governance .

So you,as the then President, can't tell me if you brought the proposal to your Committee and whether there was a formal vote taken? The answer is obviously "No" but I asked you WHY a vote wasn't taken.johndedes wrote:Shoot goal

I don't need to go anywhere else to find out the answer to "WHY were you asked to resign after presiding over such an important move? What was the issue behind you being asked to step down?
Why can't you tell me the name of someone who can verify your answers?
I don't need to go anyone else for the answers to my questions. I am asking YOU. You want to accept the kudos, but don't accept the responsibility of giving truthful answers. In the process, you describe events at the club as a schemozzle and deflect your responsibility to others in the club. You are unbelievable.

Your account and statements are not correct go take a coffee break levendi?
Ask yourself this ?
The Olympic senior committee if documented or not at a senior meeting I attended had a motion to split the juniors. It was ok'd.
Job done.
Did that club keep meeting docs I do not know.
I was asked soon after to step down I resigned instead.
Question: then all that time after why didn't the junior committee fix the OCBA docs why?????
Not good governance.
Wah2 formed I assume they could not get on with sections of Omympic?
Well I could sense all that back in 2000.
I was hoping for an autonomous self funded Park B27 junior set up but that could not happen .
Funds were asked for the seniors.
So bye bye I said .....what is happening today????
Juniors in general are funding senior FFSA clubs.
Eg $800pa for under 10 at a FFSA NPL club I know about.
It was free in my day.
And if you watch this under 10 side they cannot kick the ball properly yet.
15 children at $800pa each = ?

Park B 27 and Hellas Junior Colts
A part Social History:
It was 1973 and I decided to move from Polonia under 12's to Hellas under 14's.
Training and games were played at Lockleys Oval, the seniors trained there as well.
In winter the seniors trained on the fringe of the lighting available from amateur footy training at the same time. The late George Psorakis the under 14 Hellas coach at the time trained us on the edge of Hellas seniors. In today's standards ( in the dark). Clubroom shared between seniors and juniors.
I played under 16's for Hellas in 1975, we won the state under 16 final at Hindmarsh against Elizabeth.
In 1976 I started playing under 18 juniors for Hellas, my uncle started coaching Hellas under 16's, and my brother and cousins played for Hellas under 12's at Lockkeys.
My Aunty Paula and her husband Mr John Pappas use to sell food and drinks at matches etc.
Mr Pappas saw a vision of better ways thus was one of the main movers to set up Park B27.
A committee was put together with the founding fathers.
The rest is history now.
Park B27 back then was ahead of its time, well positioned with Hellas seniors playing at Hindmarsh.
Thank you the founding fathers.

Today Park B 27 is over 40 years old , that clubroom built on donated labour and funds is a major legacy and example what a bunch of dads achieved . My dad included.
Bravo to Mr John Pappas the President back then, thanks uncle .[/quote]
After 40 years and a lot of turmoil you would have thought they would have at least given the ground a name instead of just a UBD reference.

Now like it or not for wah2 any move forward for the club involves the negotiation trump card held by rights over Park B 27. Fact!
A long proud history of Wah and all that ended up being left was rights over Park B 27.
The Conets saw this as a prize as well that is why they tried to get it.

The Adelaide City Council own the land.
Under the Licensing of the Adelaide City Council (ACC) Park lands, the ACC enters into licensing and leasing agreements for specified periods with clubs and associations. Those agreements have a start date and an end date.
As part of your lease agreement with the ACC, the council stipulates that it owns every asset built on Council land irrespective of who incurred the cost.
The only exception to this, is the agreement with the State Department of Health where it very clearly states in the lease from the ACC, that the Department of Health owns the assets of the newly built RAH at the end of the lease agreement (the RAH being built on Adelaide City Council land).
There are no ongoing rights to that dilapidated building, and the ageing infrastructure of Park 27B. If anything they are a liability.
The WAH committee has been negotiating for 2 years now with ACC and Renewal SA for a new Building and lights. It secured $600,000 in funding for construction of new facilities.
The recent $4.5m spent on Park tce has been completed. next to be finalised is the building and where it will be placed.
These rights that you talk about do not exist. they exist in your mind.

Re: SASF v FFSA NPL - Crowd numbers & Prize Money
and then you end up playing for them
You ability to sign anything is dependent on your position within a committee. Once you leave, so does your delegation, and that in itself, is dependent on the rights your committee bestow on you.
You dont own the right forever, if indeed you had it all.
Im not sure whats going in your head. You were never the messiah

Re: SASF v FFSA NPL - Crowd numbers & Prize Money
I'm not sure why JD persists in his recurrent tirades when he admits to:
1. not going to games these days due to other interests
2. refuses to understand today's cost structures in running an NPL club (and compliance issues that go with it)
3. refuses to acknowledge repeated valid answers relative to junior fees
4. thinking that the past structures are workable today (virtually for free)
5. contemplating that sponsorship money and council/government grants are easy to get
6. believing that his past "efforts" are to be adored and bowed to as some sort of masterstroke despite minimal relevance
Nevertheless, keep banging on..................

Again you appear an expert in distorting fact.
Firstly I played for comets or then called the Adelaide raiders sc up to 1999.
Olympic juniors formed in 2000.
I ask you this question back?
Why did Alex want me to sign OCBA docs in approx 2007?
If I was supposed to be out of the equation as signatory or delegation???
Is a group trying to take over wah2!

Seems WAH has some secret insider deals going.
