Everton missed 2 European Cups, 1 Cup winners cup and 1 Uefa cup in 6 seasons.
Liverpool missed 3 European Cups, 1 CWC and 2 Uefa cups in 6 seasons.
Arsenal 1 Euro cup and 3 Uefa cups.

Amazing isn't it that no Italian, Serbian or Spanish club has been banned despite their regular violent attacks on opposition fans and regular racial taunting?
And no German clubs have been banned despite regular violence at their matches.

EUFA couldn't possibly be biased in it's treatment of British clubs - could it?
The older I get the better I was.

No denying it's over 17 years, it's just it's also over 27 years.

By the way the Beatles split up more than 20 mins ago, WW2 finished more than 5 years ago and the dinosaurs have been extinct for over 20 years.

Liverpool also haven't won any silverware for over a week.

Rodgers peels away after 3 weeks of being level with Roy's record.

Image

Here's the historical average points for the three managers at match day 18. Hodgson lost again at this point (and would only win one more game in week 19), and Dalglish has drawn two in a row.

Image

Which puts Rodgers at 1.39 average points per game for the season. This is better than Kenny Dalglish managed in his full season, although not better than the King overall. Only a draw would be needed in the next two games to equal Roy Hodgson's 'record' after 20 matches. And as I quoted with last week's analysis, the fixture list looks kind, so I predict that Liverpool will sit on something above 1.25 after 20 games.

Max points: 85
Points at the end of the season maintaining this performance: 53

Bad times. They are back to neck and neck, again. What a back and forth race.

Image

Which means this graph really doesn't say much new, except that Rodgers kinda sucks in comparison with Kenny at this point of their respective tenures.

Image

So, Rodgers still needs at least one point to better Hodgson. We can at least conclude with 100% confidence that he will at least be as bad as he was.

Points at the end of the season if current performance maintained: 50
Max points attainable: 82.
