If the right coaches are in place the teams will do alot better and not just the players playing at Campbelltown Leisure Centre are looked at. These coaches need to get out to the other venues have a look around and pick the best possible players. I hear they are thinking of taking an open mens team next year. So hopefully they will find a good coach because most of those players play at a high level and i'll definately be interested

Couldn't agree more. I can't speak for all the teams but I know the U14, U15, and U16 boys teams scouted more than the Campbelltown Liesure Centre. Hopefully this has set a precedent because as I think you were alluding to, there is talent at other venues also.

There is strong arguements for sending an Open Mens side next year and I hope they do, so that we can compete at all levels. There's plenty of other people that are for too. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Arjuna your post is about as useless as your cricket team, :P other venues were visited as well as Campbelltown and if the players do not turn up to the trials (or are advised not to go to trials BY OTHERS  ) then you pull a Rabbit out of a hat.

(No offence meant Rabbit :D )

agreed but if you had been following the forum you would see the frustration coaches / selectors have. No different to the State Squads either.

If players don't turn up you cannot pick them and these posts had already indicated this.

Fair observation though 8)
