ISC Raptors vs MSSC Blue Eagles

Post by Aldo Serena »

ISC Raptors 5 - 4 MSSC Blue Eagles

A very entertaining game with Raptors up 4-0 in the first 25 minutes. Blue Eagles pulled back a goal before half time, and then brought the game back to 4-4 with about 5-10 to go. Raptors scored the winner in the last minute.

Thanks to Chris Ikon, MegaBonus, et al for the hospitality. A hard game on the field, but good to stick around for a quick beer and souvlaki after the game and have a chat.

Aldo, did you play against Croatia the week before? I'm guessing that same 11 didn't start against Raptors??? Considering Croatia was missing a few players, one could only hope you boys were missing 7-8...

Plympton jagged a draw against Croatia this week without having one single attempt on goal...Croatia scored for them.

Yeah thanks to all the Raptors boys. Great game, just a pity about the end result from our point of view.

Also, I was very impressed with the ref from the B's game. I assume he was from the Raptors. He was very fair and also very consistent with his decisions. He didnt take any crap from any of the players, including the Raptors players.

Big game for the imbros boys next week. I think a draw would be a good result

Zlatan9, I didn't realise you were there yesterday. Checking out the squad for next week? :)

Andrea should be playing Super League this week.

Ha ha definitely not. I am only half their size. But, yeah they are great guys, unless you get on their bad side. Then you better start running.
