Has anyone got information on who's in each division yet or is it still a little early?

Still too early....team nominations are only being put in now so it will depend a lot on that.

FFSA would be pretty happy with that as they are really pushing the 16's. It will be interesting to see the quality of the teams. Will the better 15's be pushed up or kept in the 15's?

I would guess for now they would try and convince them to play 15's in this situation with the 15's end of season table determining the 17's. An A grade 17's team is generally seen as a good recruiting opportunity for the 19's the following year. The 16's have been like a 17's reserves and had it's own competition unrelated to the composition of the 17's, but if clubs keep fielding more teams in 16's it's possibly heading in the direction of being fully integrated into the structure.
GET SOME NUTS!

I quote....

"The increase of player demand for 15-17 year olds has increased dramatically over the
past three years, this can be seen by the number of Under 16 teams for 2008. In 2010
the Under 16 competition will become part of the JPL Competition and will not
longer be stand alone. The final table of the Under 16 tables in 2009 will become the
Under 17 structure for 2010. This will enable enough notice to club’s to field Under
16 teams in 2009."

Pretty clear then

If you want your 17's in A's in the future start building your 16's now!
