Starring Vinnie Jones.

Wiltords got plenty of pace..Freddie Ljungberg again, pushed out by Barthez, WILTOOOOORD! Arsenal have scored yet again in the premiership and this could be the most crucial goal of all

I was adopted.

Oh another good football movie is The Arsenal Stadium Mystery. not a lot of actual football in it but it's got some quality old school Arsenal footage.

I remember seeing a movie on arsenal's win in the English first division in 1988/89 but can't rememeber what it was called.

"Born Kicking" seems to have it all.
I can't seem to find it on DVD.

The English First Division succeeds in rallying the FA to sign a female professional footballer.

Filmed at QPR mainly, this film seems to have thought of everything
* interfering owner who is cash strapped
* manager vs owner confrontations on running the team
* manager who challenges player reputations (including the captain)
* the taunting of the new player by her team-mates
* an apprentice being "let-go"
* marketing functions the players have to attend
* advertising of products during training times to meet contract demands
* the old talent scout
* putting the club first ahead of player reputations
* the (female) star being dropped to the reserves
* an FA cup run
* the star's mother who is embarrassed her daughter is playing football versus the proud father

I think it is realistic in its approach and delivery. Highly recommended
For the Game. For the World.
