was looking through all the league results so far on the saasl web site. Came to div 6 sundays... hows this for a few sloshings:

Gully Strikers 0 - 26 Omania!!

two weeks earlier..

Gully Strikers 1!! - 28 st Augustines Blue (that’s a goal every ave. 3.20 mins!!)

These are the only games the Gully Strikers have played...

From what I have heard Gully strikers are a club that is involved with TTG however, they are a few of the parents of kids at the club and friends etc.... that wanted to have a kick around and have little football experience. They paid there fees and supplied most of their own gear (through organising and favours etc) and are a shoe in for the fair play award

I say good on em for starting a team and having a kick, you never know they could be the father of the next Cahill or Neill
