Training for the upcoming 2010 season starts on Tuesday the 19th of January, starting at 6:30 pm sharp. Training sessions will be held each Tuesday and Thursday at Ladywood Reserve, Milne Road Modbury. Coaches are Gary Burgess ( First Team ), Paul Blute ( Reserves ) and Jeff Rule ( over 35 's )

I agree Hawwood. As you well know Stormin Norman has had a bad run with knee problems. He is having his first real pre-season for a long time and he is looking really good.
