Feigning To Kick At A Penalty

Beginning with the 2010 FIFA World Cup, feigning a kick during a penalty kick.

I hadn't heard aout this until now !

Booking and re-take...wouldn't want to be a second yellow....step up to take a penalty..feign the kick...get sent off !!!!

Not sure about the fairness in that. Should a penalty really be any different to any other free kick? Keepers often move off their line before kick actually taken so it sort of evens out (in that if a keeper is silly enough to dive one way before the ball is struck, well to me that's his problem).

Id assume the yellow card would be for 'Delaying the Re-start of Play'.

Why is it really unsporting? Are you not allowed to do similar anywhere else on the field? Keeper shouldnt dive before the ball is struck in any case. Mind you, I've seen many fluff up the kick when they do it anyway - they just look even bigger fools if they do.
