Preseason Work with the Ball

Hi all,

Hearing a lot about Ange's fitness work in preseason with the roar being done mostly with the ball, and that many overseas teams are moving this way as well.

I am a touch internet illiterate and was just wondering if anyone had any links or resources regarding this as I am keen to use it for this season!
