The goalkeeper is the jewel in the crown and getting at him should be almost impossible. It's the biggest sin in football to make him do any work.

Adelaide United was unable to prevent a loss against a star-studded Newcastle side going down 3-0 to the Jets in Round 2 of Westfield W-League at Adamstown Oval on Saturday.
The Jets kicked-off their season after the Round 1 bye with a host of big names in Women’s football including Westfield Matildas Lisa De Vanna, Melissa Barbieri and Emily van Egmond, while also boasting German World Cup Winner Ariane Hingst.
De Vanna grabbed a double while Linda O’Neill also got on the score sheet for the home side.
The Lady Reds finished the match with 10 players with Katherine Ebbs picking up two yellow cards in the final stages of the match, given her marching orders two minutes before time.
O’Neill gave the Jets the perfect start inside the opening five minutes when she turned in a cross from the left from De Vanna.
The Lady Reds responded from going behind early with US star Ashleigh Gunning going close from distance on the quarter hour.
Jets midfielder Nicola Bolger struck the upright on 30 minutes while Lady Reds keeper Kristi Harvey did well to deny De Vanna minutes before half time, tipping her effort past the post.
But, it took De Vanna just two minutes in the second half to grab her first and double the hosts’ lead when she coolly finished from inside the box after being put through by Hannah Brewer.
20 minutes later and De Vanna had her second, beating Harvey from the edge of the area with a neat strike.
Despite trailing 3-0 the Lady Reds continued to battle and almost found some reward with Marijana Rajcic just missing the target on 70 minutes.
Moments later substitute Georgia Macri struck the upright with a thunderous 20 metre effort before the Jets saw a couple of late chances denied by Harvey.
Adelaide United were reduced to 10 players with two minutes remaining after Ebbs was shown the red card after a second bookable offence.

They had 4 out-field players as subs, no GK. So at least one would miss out.paul merson wrote:They did its a typoJohn Cena wrote:so they used all there subs and we didnt..,,very srange especially if your losing , you would think that you would change it around a bit , just my opinion
